Additional Information

  • The base fee for a 2-hour event starts at $200* for up to 12 attendees (max capacity). Included in this cost is the use of the space, tables with tablecloths for your “BYO” refreshment items, and chairs for guests. We will also have at least one staff member present on-site for the duration of your event.

    1.5-hour parties can also be booked at the same rate if your group doesn't need the full 2 hours; please specify your preferred length when reserving your event.

    Should your event run past 2 hours, the cost for each additional 30 minutes or fraction thereof is $50.

    *Seasonal peak dates and other variables may impact the base price of private event rentals.

    Please note: Private events are restricted to participants ages 11 through adult. If you are interested in activities for younger children, our Spell Jar Bar is always open during shop hours, and you are welcome to bring your younger wizards there to create magic!

  • You are welcome to bring your own refreshments, snacks, and beverages (alcoholic beverages are permitted for parties of guests who are 21 and over). Please note that paper goods/utensils are not provided. You may want to pre-chill any beverages before you come as we do not have a guest fridge. Party hosts and guests will need to serve themselves; staff are not allowed to serve food or beverages though our staff will be happy to remove all trash and recyclables at the end of your event! (We just ask that you take any leftover consumables or items of personal property with you when you leave.)

  • Guests of your event will be able to create their own spell (intention) jars at our one-of-a-kind, interactive Spell Jar Bar! Our staff member(s) will assist participants in setting their intention and creating their own unique intention jar to take home with them. The Spell Jar Bar can accommodate 4 people at a time, but we can stagger sessions during your event so that all guests can have a chance to create a jar, should they wish. Spell jars vary in price from $9.95 - $16.95, per person, based on the size of the jar selected. Spell jars do not have to be paid for in advance – guests (or the host) can pay for them at the event.

  • Should you wish to have one-on-one intuitive card readings at your event, our Readers can offer 15-minute “mini sessions” for your guests. The maximum number of 15-minute readings for a 2-hour event is 6.

    (*Readings are for ages 16 – adult.)

  • We offer additional group activities should you wish to add them as part of your event! These activities are led by our staff members and are a great way to learn about various elements of magic and to have fun and create something in the process. The cost per person of each activity varies - please let us know what you might like to include as part of your event. Some of these activities include:

    • Sigil art (personal intention talismans)

    • Crystal intention bead bracelet creation

    • Metaphysical Bingo

    • Vision board creation

    • Story circles (featuring our resident storyteller - with tales specially geared toward children or adults)

    • Poetry creation and sharing circle

    • Moon manifestation kit creation

  • A non-refundable pre-payment of $200 is required at the time of booking. Payment for the remaining balance plus any additional activities you have selected for your event can be paid at the time of your event. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
